- Login using the link at the top of the page. Note that you may link your Facebook or LinkedIN account so that you will be able to use it for future logins.

Telephone Technical Support
Prominic.NET is excited to announce two very important improvements to our telephone support system. We have made these changes both to increase the security of your account and to streamline your interactions with Prominic.
1) In order to reach support, you much first register the phone number(s) you will be calling from at https://Prominic.NET/me. You have also been assigned a 4 digit support PIN (think of it as a password), which will be needed to connect to our support department. This will allow us to more securely authenticate who you are when calling, which protects your account from unauthorized changes and access. You can find this pre-assigned PIN on the "Me" tab of the interface under the "Personal Info" section. We encourage you to change the PIN to be something easy for you to remember, but still hard to guess for others who know you.
- Anyone can register for a free Prominic.NET/me account, but we will no longer accept calls from unregistered numbers to our support line. View the Call Flow Diagram PDF for complete details.
Even if you have not already registered using the Free contact registration link, you probably already have an account. If you e-mailed us sometime within the past year, then we created one for you with a random password. In order to obtain your password, please use the Password Reminder form. If you do not remember the security questions, please e-mail support for further assistance.
2) Our 24x7 emergency support ticket paging system has been replaced with a live operator who will record critical information necessary to open a night/off-hours ticket. Please note that additional charges may apply for 24x7 support.
You can now easily edit your profile using our new Adobe Flex application at https://Prominic.NET/me, which we are actively developing. This web application is still in the early stages, but is eventually going to be a complete replacement for the current Prominic Admin Portal.
