As we approach the end of 2023, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the year we’ve had at Prominic. It’s been a journey filled with significant achievements, and I’m thrilled to share these moments with you.
Can you believe it: Prominic turned 25 this year!
It’s been an incredible journey of growth and innovation. It has been a privilege to serve the thousands of customers we’ve had over the years. The support and dedication of our staff and partners have been vital to our success, and for that I am immensely grateful.
The future of Domino
This year, we saw the launch of HCL’s Domino v14, Sametime v12.0.2, and the latest Volt MX Go – all remarkable milestones. We were honored to be the only North American Cloud Hosting partner at the Domino 14 launch, sharing our insights and future plans with HCL executives.
One of the highlights has been the excitement around Volt MX Go. This tool is a game-changer, extending Domino’s functionality to mobile devices and new frontiers like wearables and IoT. It’s amazing to see how we can integrate and enhance Domino, offering our clients even more versatility and power.
Focus on cybersecurity and compliance
Looking ahead to 2024, we have some exciting new services lined up. As we move forward, we’re excited to expand our cybersecurity and compliance services, ensuring our clients are well-protected and supported.
First, we’re launching a compliance offering to help our clients navigate complex requirements like NIST 800-171, HIPAA, and GDPR.
Plus, we’re developing a comprehensive cybersecurity service to provide robust protection across the CIS v8 (Center for Internet Security) framework – helping keep your digital assets (and company!) safe is one of our top priorities. Watch for more specific announcements during the 1st quarter of 2024.
Incredible team
As in the years past, our team has been phenomenal this year. Special shoutouts to Avery Shaffer and Triston Dixon for their outstanding presentations at Collabsphere dealing with mail security and SSL implementation . Also, a big thank you to Triston for his contribution to the HCL’s Domino 14 launch video and his involvement in our cybersecurity webinars.
Super.Human.Installer
We’re proud to have launched Super.Human.Installer, the next step in providing a modern, cross-platform installation experience for developers, administrators, and even power users. With Super.Human.Installer, users can install and explore the latest HCL Domino software with ease, without prior experience and in a fully automated and modern “DevOps” way.
Additionally, we started offering free technical and security reviews for Domino, emphasizing our dedication to customer security and success.
